Viewing Guide
Choose your viewing quality
After you enter your password in the 'Password' window and click the "Watch Video" button. Before you click the icon ▶ to play the video, you can adjust your settings:
1. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the bottom-right corner of the video player. It looks like a gear.
2. Click on "Quality"
3. This opens the list of available video qualities.
The "Auto" option automatically adjusts the video quality based on your internet connection speed. You can also choose the video quality you prefer based on your internet connection and viewing preferences.
Higher resolutions like "4K" and "1080p" provide better image quality but require a faster internet connection. Lower resolutions like "360p" and "240p" consume less data but have lower image quality.
Click on your preferred quality setting. The video player will now use the selected quality for playback.Remember that adjusting the quality settings can impact your data usage, so if you're on a limited data plan, you may want to choose a lower resolution to conserve data.
Choose a chapter to watch
There are two ways to use chapter settings to jump to specific parts of the video:
Method 1:
The Timeline
a.
Hover your cursor over the timeline at the bottom of the video.
b.
You will see breaks in the timeline between each chapter.
c.
The image and names of chapters will appear as you move your cursor across the timeline.
Method 2—The List
a. Click on the list icon in the bottom-right corner of the video player
b. To jump to a specific chapter, simply click on the chapter title in the list. The video will start playing from the beginning of the selected chapter.
